Scope of the service

Kolib provides software intended to help practices manage calls, messages, scheduling, and related workflows.

Some features may be in beta, limited release, or dependent on third-party integrations and regional availability.

Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate information when requesting access or creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and controlling access within your organization.
• You must promptly notify Kolib of suspected unauthorized access or security issues.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, probe, or misuse the platform.
• Do not upload or transmit data unless you have the right and authority to do so.

Early access and beta limitations

Early-access features may change, be interrupted, or be removed. Documentation, flows, and pricing may evolve before general release.

Beta access is provided to gather product feedback and validate operational readiness. It may not yet be suitable for every production workflow.

Fees and future pricing

If the service is offered free during early access, that does not guarantee permanent free use after launch.

Any paid plan, billing terms, or renewal conditions will be shown clearly before payment is required.

Intellectual property

Kolib and its related branding, software, documentation, and site content remain the property of Kolib or its licensors.

You retain rights to your own business data and content, subject to the permissions needed for Kolib to operate the service.

Availability, warranties, and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis, especially during early access. No uninterrupted or error-free operation is guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kolib disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, and consequential losses.

Suspension and termination

Kolib may suspend or terminate access for security reasons, abuse, legal risk, non-payment when applicable, or material breach of these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active paid commitments once commercial plans exist.
